John has a broad common law practice.
He undertakes a wide range of property work, having a particular expertise in landlord and tenant and freehold covenants. He also advises in claims involving constructive trusts of land, adverse possession and nuisance and has a number of local authority clients.
In addition to his property practice John regularly undertakes work in the employment field, dealing with claims involving dismissal and discrimination and advising on covenants alleged to be in restraint of trade.
He also acts in personal injury and professional negligence cases for both claimants and defendants.
