Jack Harding

Jack joined Chambers as a tenant in 2005 following successful completion of his pupillage. He continues to develop his practice in all of Chambers’ key areas of expertise with ongoing experience of representing both claimants and defendants.

Jack is described as an “incredibly popular junior” in the current edition of Chambers & Partners. He“reflect[s] the set's strength regarding national and international compliance work” and “reliably gets to the bottom of complex regulatory work affecting the aviation industry,” demonstrating “amazing client-friendliness, infectious enthusiasm and firm grasp of travel cases.”

Jack has authored a number of recent articles on the Denied Boarding Regulations EC Reg 261/2004. He obtained a First Class Law Degree from Cambridge University and joined the Bar with a scholarship from the Middle Temple.
