Simon Murray

Simon specialises in public law and has appeared in a number of cases involving judicial review, human rights and discrimination issues. He has particular experience in specialist public law and civil litigation which arises out of criminal proceedings. His practice extends more generally to include personal injury, contract claims, employment and landlord and tenant.

Simon is on the Attorney General's Panel of Counsel (Civil) and the Attorney General's Unified List of Prosecution Counsel and has intervened on behalf of the Attorney General in High Court proceedings and appeared as amicus curiae in `the Court of Appeal.
