Ben practices in the areas of personal injury, clinical negligence, travel law and commercial and contractual disputes. He regularly appears for both claimants and defendants in fast and multi-track litigation. His practice is geographically wide-ranging and he is regularly instructed by solicitors throughout England and Wales.

Within his personal injury practice, Ben has a special interest in employers liability claims, claims against public authorities and claims involving animals, although his work within this field includes a wide range of other matters, including claims arising from road traffic accidents and fatal accident claims. He also has experience in claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority.

Ben is happy to provide advice on a CFA basis. He is also regularly instructed to deal with costs-related issues arising from both CFAs and from privately funded claims.
