Andrew practises in professional indemnity, disciplinary and regulatory claims and in commercial, property and administrative law.

He has been recognised as a leading junior at the Professional Negligence bar by the legal directories since 1995. He is also recommended as a leading mediator in The Legal 500.  He has maintained a niche practice in franchising for over twenty years.

Andrew writes and lectures extensively on advocacy, communication skills and dispute resolution and is a Bar Council mediation advocacy trainer, and has published over 30 books.

In 2005 Andrew was appointed Professor of Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution at Rushmore University.
