Sarah Prager

Sarah specialises in travel law claims, including claims under the Package Travel Regulations, the Athens, Warsaw and Montreal Conventions, and at common law.

She is a regular contributor to the Travel and Tourism Lawyers’ Association newsletter. She has considerable experience in travel claims, both in respect of advisory work and at court, and in personal injury cases generally.

Sarah's recent work includes a Court of Appeal claim involving consideration of guidelines in the assessment of damages in holiday claims. She also represented the Defendant in the High Court against a paraplegia claim arising out of an excusion not booked as part of a package holiday.

Sarah is listed as a leading junior in the current editions of The Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for her expertise in travel and consumer law, in which she is described as "lively and tenacious" - a “formidable opponent” who is admired for her "brilliant written skills and marvellous technical ability" and an "absolute whizz when it comes to suing tour operators."
