Karen specialises in professional negligence and chancery work. Her practice embraces: real property including conveyancing issues, restrictive covenants, easements, adverse possession and construction of documents; mortgages; trusts and probate; commercial and residential landlord and tenant. She has a particular interest in co-ownership and trust disputes. She is also instructed in Inheritance Act claims and ancillary relief cases involving interveners.
