Karen specialises in property litigation and professional negligence claims involving property. Her practice embraces: commercial and residential landlord and tenant; real property including conveyancing, restrictive covenants, easements, adverse possession and construction of documents; trusts and probate.

Karen has a particular interest in co-ownership and trust disputes. She is also instructed in Inheritance Act claims and ancillary relief cases involving interveners.
