Simon specialises in professional negligence, including clinical negligence claims, personal injury including sexual abuse claims and other insurance related matters.

He has been involved in a number of reported decisions including A v Archbishop of Birmingham, a £1.9 million sex abuse claim. He advises and represents professional indemnity insurers in a wide range of professions including solicitors, accountants and architects. He also represents insurers, local authorities and claimants in the full range of personal injury work, with particular expertise in the fields of employers liability, highway claims and sports claims.

Simon will undertake work on a conditional fee basis.
