Nicholas has a busy civil and commercial practice and has been instructed in a number of leading cases, including in the House of Lords and the Privy Council.

Having completed the Stax Group Action, Nicholas is currrently instructed in a number of commercial group actions: by a number of investors in relation to a number of disputes concerning film finance schemes; in relation to the non-completion of a number of residental developers; in respect of mis-selling and breach of contract in relation to equity release schemes sold to expatriates in Spain and on behalf of the franchisee network against FedEx UK Ltd.

He also acts in cases involving cerebral palsy negligence, directors' duties and employment issues, and is listed as a leading professional negligence practitioner in The Legal 500.

He speaks Spanish and French fluently, Italian competently, and has a number of international clients.
