Training

In addition to giving lectures to the various specialist bar associations and writing books and articles, we regularly provide training in various formats both in-house and at clients’ offices. Over the past 6 months members of Chambers have given seminars and workshops on a broad range of topics including: an interactive workshop on medical records; workshops in landlord & tenant topics; hearing loss causation; highways claims; drafting pleadings; Part 36; inquest conduct and advocacy; schedules of loss and special damages; periodical payments; and the employers' liability 6-pack regulations.

Members of Chambers’ Junior Practitioners Group (those junior tenants in Chambers called during the last 12 years) regularly provide seminars on a variety of topics and are happy to visit clients’ offices to present the seminars. Please click here to see the list of topics currently on offer.

We also provide mock trials to local authority and insurer clients on a regular basis.

What Happens After The Lawyers Are Gone?

Seminar, Tuesday 21st May 2013

Members of Chambers will be running the above seminar with guest speakers Huw Ponting (partner and professional deputy, Thrings LLP) and Andrew Sands (partner, The Nestor Partnership).  The seminar will start at 4pm and finish at 6.15pm.  Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  The delegate fee is £65 plus VAT.
